1. The Basics

• This policy aims to provide guidelines for the retention and deletion of Customer Data. “Customer Data” means any information or data that is made available or provided by the customer or its users, IQ test respondents to

• IQgoogol.com  or its representatives, including but not limited to IQ test responses, data, feedback, and other information and data related to the Services.

• IQgoogol.com’s Data Deletion & Retention Policy (“Data Deletion & Retention Policy ”) describes how our Customer’s Data is deleted or retained (for a period of time) in connection with the cancellation, termination of an account.

• This Data Deletion & Retention Policy does not apply to data that resides in a IQgoogol.com product or service that is in a beta, testing or early access program. 

2. How Long We Keep Your Information

We keep your information only for as long as we need it to provide services to you and to full the purposes described in this policy or as otherwise described in our Terms and Conditions. This also applies to any other parties that we share your information with.

Here are some examples of categories of data along with their periods of retention:

• Payment and order data, including relevant access logs – 10 years;

• Activity logs, minus the above – 1 year;

• Transient activity records, such as email invites or email verification requests – 3 months;

• Content submitted to our website, such as through our surveys and tests – unlimited.

We will depersonalize your information or remove it entirely from our systems once we no longer need it to comply with our legal or regulatory obligations, or for other purposes described in this policy.

3. Deletion of customer data

• Upon termination or cancellation of the account, IQgoogol.com shall, no later than 30 days, at the request of the customer, either delete the Customer Data (including its copies, if any) that is in its possession or control except where such data that is required by applicable law to be retained either in whole or in part, or otherwise that are archived on back up systems which IQgoogol.com shall securely isolate, protect from any further processing and eventually delete.

• When an account is deleted, all data associated with the account is destroyed immediately.

4.Retention of customer data

• IQgoogol.com stores Customer Data with reference to your service account. This may include personal information, survey data, IQ test data and other details that you enter into the app from time to time. IQgoogol.com will retain your personal information  as long as you have an account with us in order to maintain and expand our relationship with you and in order to have proof and evidence concerning our relationship with you. Please note that except as required by applicable law or our specific agreements with you, we shall not have any obligation to retain your  data for any particular period. 

• Upon termination or expiry of your account, we will delete all personal information including any copies thereof within your IQgoogol.com account. In case, we are unable to delete your personal information due to technical or other reasons, IQgoogol.com will continue to apply measures to ensure that your personal information is blocked from any further processing until deletion is possible. This excludes the data that we are required to retain for legal and regulatory requirements.

5. Migration

• In certain instances, the migration of Customer Data to another data center may be required. In this process, a copy of your Customer Data will be created for the purposes of assuring that it has been fully migrated to another data center. After the migration process has been completed and confirmed, the deletion of the copy of your Customer Data in the former data center facility will commence under this policy. Customers should expect that migrations will likely require a scheduled downtime.

6. Policy Limitations

• This Data Deletion & Retention Policy is applicable only to the specific Customer Data. 

• IQgoogol.com reserves the right not to adhere to this Data Deletion & Retention Policy when deleting Customer Data in cases where IQgoogol.com terminates an account for violation of our Privacy Policy or Terms of Service Agreement.

7. Expedited customer data deletion

• IQgoogol.com does not offer expedited deletion of Customer Data. Except as otherwise agreed in writing,, all Customer Data is deleted according to the timelines presented above.
